In 10th grade, my three friends and I led a "General Awareness" club for three months. We had 15+ students engaging with the club every Saturday for 2 hours. WAGEINDICATOR INTERNSHIP

The Growth Marketing Team works on increasing the outreach of the WageIndicator Foundation by using their marketing and data skills. To do so, they employ the Growth Hacking methodology. It begins with doing research into Wage Indicator’s users and competitors. Based on the research and knowledge about WageIndicator, the team will propose and set up data-driven experiments. My role here as a Student Manager is to assign tasks, track the progress and to support the 18 Interns Team while being an bridge between WageIndicator Foundation and the Interns Team.

Lead Organizer and Licensee

When I was 13, I started being bullied for having a feminine voice. The boys in my class laughed at me and mimicked me. That compelled me to remain with my close-knit group. However, as I grew and we began learning about the topics like discrimination, I started opening up. In 10th grade, I got a chance to be part of TEDed, and I decided to share my story of finding my voice. That single event gave me an immense sense of confidence to come out and share with the world. I believe Tedx provides a similar space for people to come out and share their ideas about the world with people, initiate conversation, and build a safe network of support. Therefore, I began to work on organizing TEDxFLAME University. I want this TEDx to bring together people who are working to make a difference in people's lives and give them a space to be heard and amplified, ensuring that more and more of us are heard. Through this, I will be able to work towards my goal of creating safe spaces for more Abhisheks of the world and take an active leadership role in ensuring differences are not called out but rather embraced.
